If You Had To Live on $2000 USD Per Month, How Would You Do It?
I'm British so I'll change it to £1670.
1. More money than I'm currently making
On a good month I make £1000 so having so much extra would be great. Most of the extra cash would go into savings /crypto and maybe stocks (haven't currently got any).
2. Home cooked meals
I love learning new skills. Cooking allows me to save money, enhance my skills and eat healthier.
Cooking is also an easy way to impress.
3. A nice restaurant
Just so me and friends have something new to do. Having events planned keeps me happy and once done we have something to bond over and reminisce about in the future.
4. Bowling
I love bowling. If I had the cash I'd do it at least once a week. This amount of cash should allow me to do it once a month.
5. New books
I usally buy two books a month. I don't think I'd buy more, two's plenty.
6. Invest in a business
I'd invest in making products I could sell. I might even pay someone to help with sales.
7. Pub
I enjoy a night out with friends. I wouldn't spend any more than I usally do. Unless I'm buying for friends.
8. Travel
I'd travel around the UK. Trains are cheep enough. I could stay with friends to save on hotels.
9. New item of clothing
Once a month I could treat myself to something nice. I don't know if once a month is too much. I'm happy enough with what I've got.
10. Holiday
I love travelling. I'd put £250 minimum into savings for a holiday. If I have any left at the end of the month I can put that into my holiday savings as well.
