1. They are never on time
2. General lack of care for the integrity of the delivery
3. Tracking is never accurate. Always seem to receive the notification that the delivery is "on its way" after I receive the package.
4. Couriers never follow instructions- leave in a safe place etc
5. Almost no form of customer support
6. Complete lack of accountability on damages
7. Pricing models are confusing and ineffective
8. Network coverage is illogical at times- can be 5km away from the city centre but if its one particular direction, its counted as a regional delivery but considered suburban if its in another direction
9. Instead of working on fixing their service, most seem to rebrand every couple of years to lose negative market sentiment
10. Happy to add surcharges when orginal sizing is incorrect but not when delivery timeframes are not met
