It's the little things that make a difference.

    1. Washing up at the end of the day.

    An empty clean sink is a nice thing to leave and come back to. 

    2. Yoga early, before work.

    Your legs will thank you for the wake up.

    3. Going to sleep to music

    I love going to sleep to music. My current go to is the music from Horizon Zero Dawn.

    4. Waking up to music

    If waking up with the sun is impossible then waking up for music might be for you, its better than a blaring ringing tone that shocks you awake. Instead choose the right piece of music and it will slowly wake you. 

    I change mine up from time to time incase I get too used to it.

    5. Meal prepping /planning

    Save both time and money by prepping only once or twice a week.
