Kevin Mitnick died last Sunday, aged 59. I had never heard of him before. A tweet from his wife announcing his death popped up in my feed. I read his obituary. He sounded like a fascinating guy. He had been a hacker turned cyber security expert.

I searched for his book and downloaded it. I was captivated. It's a while since I've been so caught up in a book.
3. Legacy

It's clearly a very sad time for his family especially his wife who is expecting their first child. Here in the UK I've pondered his life, laughed out loud as I read some of his daring exploits, and marvelled at the legacy that some people leave behind.
4. Film

I wonder how long it will be before a film is made of his life.
I knew the name from his late 80s-early 90s black hat activities. Hadn’t thought about him since. Sorry to hear of his passing. 🙏🙏to him and his family.
I hadn't heard of him at all. His story is fascinating. It seems a lot of stuff attributed to him didn't happen. He still did a lot but others in the trade maligned him as well. Judges didn't understand the whole hacking scene so made a lot of assumptions based on hearsay. Amazing guy!
