'Languages' spoken by people at work

The summary is that a team needs to speak the same language. If one person on the team speaks 'email' while another speaks 'text' the project will fail.

1. "Email"

Don't send things to this person other than email - they don't look or won't respond to anything else

2. "Text"

Only reachable by text. They don't see or don't respond to anything else.

3. "Phone"

Only reachable by phone call. They don't see or don't respond to anything else.

4. "FB Messenger" / "WhatsApp" / "Telegram"

Only reachable here - don't try any other mode of communication.

5. "Spreadsheet"

Some people are only reachable and only do any work in elaborate, complex, and disconnected webs of spreadsheets.

6. "Discord"

Very crypto chic - Discord has got to be the worst tool I've ever seen but if you want to reach someone about crypto, you have to show up here.
