Leaping into the unknown

It was unimaginable to me that the Next Big Idea Club would select 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒙 as a "𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱"! This milestone is a testament to what can happen if we leap into the unknown, collaborate with experts, and work diligently in both the Learning Zone and the Performance Zone to create something of value because we believe it matters.

There were so many things I didn't know three years ago, including whether I could complete a high-quality book. But I dared to jump into what was for me uncharted territory.

If we keep working hard, doing things as best as we know how, we stagnate. That's the performance paradox. To completely change the game, we have to leap into the unknown.
