1. Housing prices will drop 30%
Fed Tightening is the reason. Housing prices were waaaay too high.
2. Stock market will rally over 10%
Pre election year seasonality and end of Fed easing will boost market.
3. Gold will go over 2200 per ounce
Fed easing will cause real interest rates to decline which will boost gold. In addition, India gets back their wedding season.
4. Commodity prices will rally
First a dip in the first half of the year then rally in the second half. Reason? Fed tight early in the year but loose in the last half of the year.
5. Dollar dip early but rally late in the year
Other central banks will "catch up" to the Fed early but the Fed will be tighter later in the year.
