Mental / Learning / Personal Development Methods

    1. The Feynman Technique

    From physicist Richard Feynman.

    2. Clifton Strengths Finder

Find what your strengths are and design your life/career to spend more time doing what you're good at rather than shoring up weaknesses.

    3. Bullet Journaling

The mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity practice. I use it for planning, assessment and a hybrid to-do/done list. I also combine it with #2 as seen here.

    4. Mind Maps

A visual tool for figuring out what you want to do with your life.

    5. SketchNote

Notetaking with a heavy visual component.

    6. Project Evo

A Planner based on your brain type (according to a proprietary assessment - I'm an 'Alchemist')

    7. Enneagram

I don't know much about this, but it's another personality type test. Know thyself

    8. Myers-Briggs.

Again, knowing where you stand (Extrovert vs Introvert, Intuition vs Sensing, Thinking vs Feeling, Perceiving vs Judging), can empower you in terms of defining your work style.

    9. Pomodoro Technique

Work undistracted for 25 minutes (no calls, no emails, no social media, no multi-tasking), then take a 5-minute break. Repeat as needed.

    10. Habit Anchoring

An “anchor” is an existing behavior that you will attach to the new habit you're building. For example, the habit of brushing your teeth is anchored to waking up in the morning. Great anchors are things you already consistently do each day or each week. Waking up and going to bed are great daily examples. Link
