More Things To Do When Getting To Arkansas
I've made a couple lists, but they're set to private. I'm moving to Arkansas in about a month. Making this one public because, why not
1. Listen to the radio
Find out what's going on in the area, and get a feel for the local culture.
2. Join Score.org local chapter
Meet other businesses minded people at their events. Maybe take advantage of their mentoring program.
3. Check out the local SBDC
Get acquainted, attend their events etc.
4. Check out meetup
See if there is anything interesting
5. Try to form a local mastermind of entrepreneurs

6. Throw a 2 hour cocktail party
I've been wanting to do this ever since reading Nick Grey's book --> (Link) The 2 Hour Cocktail Party
7. Volunteer
Find a cause I care about and volunteer. I usually give blood every other month. I'll start with that.
8. Find a local competition
Maybe I'll run in a 10k or do an Obstacle Race
9. Go to the library
Always a hub for what's going on locally. Librarians know everything, right?
10. Check out all the local parks.
I know my kids will want to.
