My 10 favourite things about the morning
1. Coffee
There's nothing like a warm cup of coffee in the morning (and making it!).
2. It’s peaceful
I often feel very at peace in the morning. I love the quietness.
3. It’s exciting
The start of a new day!
4. It’s like a blank canvas
It depends what kind of job you have, and if you have kids, obviously. But you can decide what you're gonna do to make your day more exciting, or plan activities for the evening.
5. It’s the best time for journaling
For me at least.
6. If I wake up not feeling great, things can only get better
I'd rather feel crappy in the morning and feel better later during the day than the other way around.
7. Exercise
I haven't been the best at keeping up a routine, but if you start your day by doing some form of exercise, you'll feel better. Morning walks are great too.
8. Shower
It's such a great feeling, especially after a work out.
9. It’s the best time for gratitude
I'm so grateful to be alive.
10. Breakfast
I don't always have breakfast, but when I do, I feel great. I love food.
