    1. 10k steps a day

    My knees have been hurting, so I won't run much, but will incorporate some. I need to get my body in motion.

    2. Fasting

    I do this already. Not that difficult for me.

    3. Eat better 6/7 days

    I don't love to diet. I can eat less. Especially with fasting. Need one cheat day, which I usually don't eat too much, just not good quality.

    4. Weights 2-3x a week

    Haven't gone to the gym much in the last month.

    5. No gym, workout at home

    I can do pushups, yoga, and I have a trx band I can do back exercises with.

    6. Back exercises

    Have a bad back that hasn't bothered me too much the last few years due to certain exercises. Need to do this 2x a week.

    7. Drink less

    This is the killer. Have been a little depressed the last few months and I am drinking multiple times a week. It makes the next day harder to stay disciplined. Lethargy picks up.

    8. Sports

    Used to play a lot. Don't have a group of people here to play with.

    9. With partner

    My spouse and I need to encourage one another.

    10. Yoga and hot baths

    Somehow, when I did this a few years ago, I was in good shape.

    11. Weight and body fat

    Check the scale almost every day.
