My Morning Habits

    1. Coffee

    Coffee maker was prepped the day before, to start at 4:45am. A mug for the drive into work, a thermos for at my desk.

    2. Sleep Review

    Upload screen shot of Fitbit sleep data to ChatGPT.

    3. Pet Feeding

    Cats first (canned), give dog the can to lick, then his dry food. Sometimes I add coconut oil for him.

    4. No Work E-Mails

    I check after work, but usually not than 7pm. After that, nothing until I get to work.

    5. Pack Lunch

    If I didn't get anything ready the day before, gotta assemble it, If I did, then toss it into the lunch bucket with supplements.

    6. Liquid Multi Supplement

    Have a shot glass (from the company!) to take my AM supplement.

    7. Clean Up

    The usual S/S/S, then put on patch(es) for the back and/or shoulder(s) if needed.

    8. Get Dressed

    Clothes on (haven't forgotten, yet). I do dress in another room so as to not disturb the Mrs. who doesn't have to wake up for another four hours or so.

    9. Drive to work

    Set up a podcast for listening, and Waze to see if there's any traffic (rarely at 5:30am).

    10. NotePD

    Of course... usually when I get to work and ready to start. Don't tell the boss!
