Jesus's words invite us to embrace our spiritual liberation by exchanging the heavy yoke of the ego for the light yoke of love and forgiveness. God's plan for us is only love and lightness. Joy is our natural state of being -- only obscured by our misperceptions.
2. It's an invitation to join forces with the source of all love and goodness.
3. A yoke implies a certain level of submission where both -- yield to the guidance of the yoke.
