Non-digital stuff to get kids' creativity & critical thinking skills going

You can co-opt for chores (they may not like it as much) or just for fun.

Create treasure map and leave it where they will find it.

- chores done or fun task (side quest) to get next clue. Can keep them busy all day

- paint idea lists

- sidewalk chalk picture idea lists

Have them make parachutes out of different materials and then they get to jump off and pretend/experiment

Lowe's/Home depot has giant plastic tarps.

- have them see how big of a foam mountain they can create
