NotePD but for music
What would the features be of an app like NotePD that's specifically for sharing music?

When you click on the "Upload" button, there should just be a simple form where you type in the name of the song and it recognizes the music from that.
So if I want to make a playlist called "Great Jazz", I can tag all the songs that are jazz and they would go into that playlist.
Sort of like reddit or Disqus but for music. You could say, "I love this song!" or "This is not my favorite Beatles song" or "This is an obscure Beatles song I think people should listen to". And then other people can upvote comments so those comments appear higher in discussions about that particular song. This encourages people to post more thoughtful comments instead of just saying, "I love this".
For instance, let's say we have some similar tags for various Beatles songs (since they are all tagged). If someone makes a playlist out of those songs, then anyone who has those same tags (and hasn't listened yet) can see that playlist and listen to it since they have similar tastes in Beatles music as the person who made that playlist. This is sort of like how Netflix recommends movies based on what you've watched before but applied here to music.
