Nothings perfect. Adjust and keep going!
I noticed a pattern in myself that I would often quit when my expectations aren't being met. Like if I had a goal of writing 10 ideas a day or exercise and I miss some days. Then I just abandon the goal all together. What I've learned is to analyze and make adjustments if necessary and to just keep going. You may not end up exactly where you wanted but you'll be in better place than if you quit.
