Nourishing Your Inner Garden

    See the world differently.

    A soil that is rich in organic matter is ideally suited for the task at hand.

    3. Select the right thought variety.

    There are many different types of thoughts to choose from.
    Some popular varieties for contemplation that bring you peace include the thought of love, peace, joy, happiness, and God,

    4. Water regularly.

    Love is not something you can know intellectually but it is something you can experience.
    It is only through the use of the ideas shared that you will know they are true for you.
    Thoughts such as these need regular watering, especially during those angry spells.
    Water your mind deeply once a week or more often if your mind is filled with thoughts other than love.
    The moisture of love is in the air. Can you feel it?

    5. Fertilize

    Impregnate your mind only with the thought of love.
    Only add suitable substances that make you feel good.

    6. You are supported.

    Lean not on your own understanding
    In all ways trust in what you don't see.
    If you're on a crooked path, love will make your path straight.
    Falling over is a thing of the past.
    There's no need to use stakes, cages, or trellises to support yourself.
    God has your back and your sides too.🦾

    7. Prune your mind.

    Let go of thoughts of war, pain, guilt, sorrow, grief, worry, and hate.
    Remove the suckers that cause you to fear anything.
    Focus your energy on producing fruit that you'd want to share.

    8. Harvest the goods.

    No more insanity.
    No attachment.
    Life is as it is because it is.
