Only about 10% of people age successfully?
Follow up to this list from last night came today from @
mangan150 on Twitter who is a must follow. He cited data that concludes only 10% of older people age successfully.
Don't focus on the exact number, focus on the reality that the vast majority of us do no age successfully and in many instances, this outcome comes down to habits; vigorous exercise (lift weights) and proper diet (cut carbs).

Both @easymoneyme and @nicolafisher wrote lists called "10 things I am learning as I age." As I get older I find this topic of more interest.
