Other people's routines will (rarely) work for you.

    1. On the web, you read a lot of advice about good routines to start or end your day

    2. They won't work for you for two reasons. (at least)

    -Someone else's glasses won't correct your vision

    -In a world full of constraints, the ones that bring us happiness and meaning are those we impose on ourselves.

    3. 3 steps to create the routine that will work for you

    -Be inspired by others' routines but do not copy them

    -Take the time to think about the routine that will serve you best.

    -Align your routine with your aspirations (who you want to be) and your ambitions (what you want to achieve)

    4. Don't add (again) an imposed constraint, create your own.
