People will stop speaking to you
1. Try to call them, leave a VM and apologize for whatever “ you think” was wrong and wait until they call back.
2. If idea 1 doesn’t work, send an email or text and ask them to reconnect so you can discuss the root cause of the problem and maybe solutions.
3. If they still do not want to talk to you, understand that you had done everything possible from your side, and move on
