Reasons not to drink

I took a fit earlier today and with that I've decided to come off alcahol for good. I'm still recovering so don't expect a great list. 

    1. I've got epilepsy

    Drink makes fits far more likely. Why take the risk? Not worth it. 

    2. It's poison

    It damages your body. Why would you choose to do that? Choose health over drink. Since everyone else does drink it won't take much to be one of the fittest folk here. 

    3. Save money

    I spend a lot on drink. Think of how much money I'll save.  Perfect before Christmas. 

    4. Better hobbies

    Instead of going to the pub I can go to comedy clubs, the cinema, gym, bowling, mini golf ect. I'm looking forward to starting a new life. 

    5. No hangover

    I won't wake up feeling like crap and wasting away the day. Being my best self ever day sound awesome. 

    6. Look/feel better

    I'll get rid of the beer belly. I'll also use that money in going to the gym and look /feel even better. 

    7. live longer

    I'm still young, but if I start now I can increase my oldds of living a great life when I'm older.
