Reasons why a poor kid is likely to succeed ahead of a rich one.

In the world today the rich one are know for their ability to posses anything they desire to have since the have the money to afford them and so on.

    1. A poor kid is more likely to have a set of parents who love him.

A rich kid has many more opportunities to be abandoned by his parents, especially if they are having marital issues.

    2. A poor kid is more likely to have a community that cares about him and helps him out.

For instance, if he needs tutoring in school, or needs help getting a job, etc. This is not as true for a rich kid who might be able to afford the best tutors and never go to school again after age 18.

    3. A poor kid is more likely to have an education that focuses on fundamentals rather than being too focused on career skills.

The reason this matters is because most jobs will change in the next 10-15 years due to AI and automation so it's important that people can adapt and learn new things when their old skills become obsolete. Being good at "skills" doesn't necessarily mean you can adapt since most jobs require multiple skills anyway (e.g., programming requires math, writing, creativity).

    4. A poor kid is more likely to work hard in school because he knows he has no other option for success in life.

This could also be true for some middle class kids but it's harder for them since they don't need money as much so there's less incentive for them to study hard or do anything else well in school since there are always safety nets available for them regardless of how lazy or stupid they are in school.

    5. A poor kid is probably going to live with one parent instead of two which means:

Less arguing which creates stress and makes it harder for the child to focus on learning things he/she needs to learn in order to succeed later on in life.

    6. A poor kid might live closer with grandparents or other relatives who can provide wisdom and support during childhood that can help shape future success later on in life even though those relatives might not have much money at all (e

    g
, living together helps save money)
Rich kids often don't get this benefit since their grandparents are almost always too busy traveling around the world spending their grandkids' inheritance money so they rarely ever see them anyway (if they even care enough about them)
