    I'm extremely fortunate to live near one of the greatest cities in the world (yes, even with all of it's problems), but also to live a short distance from a beautiful state park and the ocean. I love swimming in the Ocean. The magnesium found in saltwater and sunshine helping to relax muscles, reduce stress and relieve muscle aches, pain and soreness. Ocean swimming also helps release our feel-good hormone dopamine and serotonin, which helps to stabilize your mood and increase feelings of happiness and wellbeing.

    10. My headphones

    They allow me to listen to audiobooks and podcasts created by the greatest minds out there.
