I woke up feeling exhausted, so I've not done much today. Here's what I did do.
1. Lay in bed
The first few hours were spent on my phone, in bed. I know I shouldn't be sitting on my phone whilst in bed. I'll need to try and cut down on this habit.
I ate some over pizza and watched quiz shows.
I fell asleep whilst listening about a list of obscure conspiracy theories. I woke up feeling better, but I probably should have slept for a little longer.
I try and walk everyday. Staying in is a quick way to depression. It was a nice walk I listened to Jamses latest podcast, I'll need to add the book to my to read list.
I bought some cooking ingredients incase I get bored again. I always enjoy cooking.
6. Back to bed
Back to my bed. Looks like it will be an early night for me. Hopefully my energy returns tomorrow.
