2. While they are at least as intelligent as humans, they have spent their energy on internal exploration other than extrinsic technology.

Whale song represents their bio-advanced form of communication. And represents their primary language. Do we humans have anything similar?

3. Dolphins would serve the vital role of Interpreters and diplomats between our peoples

Some whales may understand human speech but only dolphins can actually speak a form of English.

4. This ability extends to other races/ challenges as well.

5. The fact that we inhabit different parts of Earth, has given each species direction and the ability to negotiate in good faith

6. As Humans, we thought we had little real property to offer.

7. The Whales generally felt the same way.

8. It took a multi-year drought to bring about a little cooperation .
