Seeking advice: Overcoming the Comfort Zone in Productivity
1. Divide yourself into pieces
There's the money piece, the love piece, the joy piece, etc. There are infinite pieces.
You can always improve in one of your pieces.
2. Convert your long-term energy into daily energy
If you've had a long-term goal that you've strived towards, accomplishing it is a major feat.
Now what do you do?
You may no longer have the long-term goal, but what are your daily goals? Who's the "you" that you've wanted to be these last few years?
If this were the last day of your life, how would you spend your energy?
3. Enjoy the comfort
We're trained to seek and never be content.
But Now is perfect, regardless of when it is.
Did you succeed in a goal? Do you no longer have to strive towards it?
Relax. You've earned it.
