Simple things I am going to do today to make my day better
It is the little things that make up someone's day. Not the big things.

1. Eat breakfast
I usually do not like breakfast, just coffee. But I am sure it is good to eat something healthy to get the day started right.
2. Get outside and see the sun
Oxygen, Vitamin D. It helps get your mind open and going.
3. Drink a few glasses of water
Our body is mostly made up of water. Stay hydrated.
4. Eat a salad
I usually eat a salad for lunch.
5. Take my dog for a walk
Get my body moving and get my dog some exercise and fun. We usually go to the park and I let him run around.
6. Read a book
Think of new ideas and keep the imagination alive.
7. Be a little bit creative
Make something.
8. Talk to someone else
Chat with someone close to you.
9. Think of a way to be kind
Try and find a way to give back a little bit.
10. Write a Note PD list
Keep the idea machine alive.
11. Journal
Get your thoughts out.
12. Clean something
Make something look good.
