Original idea by @apkussma.
1. Mark it, paint it and add stickers to the bike
2. Punish bicycle theft with ten years in prison
3. Take a significant part of the bike with you after locking it
4. Label the bike as property of a terrorist organization
5. Apply electricity to the bike (as with an electric pasture fence).
6. Leave a fierce dog to guard the bike
