Pick a subject that you are interested in. For instance, "blueberries". Or "my kids". Or "my wife", etc.
Go to Google Images and search for "blueberries" and look at the first ten images.
What is happening? Who are the people? What are they doing? What is their emotional state? What is the story between the people? Etc.
Take one of the images you described above and paint it.
Do this every day for 30 days straight.
