    Stop the hate.
    Stop the fear.

    Drop the judgments.
    Drop the grievances.
    Drop the attack.
    Drop to your knees.

    3. Roll

    Roll with it.
    Row your boat gently down the stream.
    Roll with the tide.
    Roll your thoughts to a more loving place.
    Surrender.
    Don't fight the good feeling.
    Ride the wave.
    Be a lover of reality - a lover of "what is."
    Roll with the Creator.
    A rolling stone gathers no moss, no anger, no fear, and no jealousy.

I love the simplicity of these three steps: Stop, Drop, and Roll.
