1. Be a cult
Cults need enemies, leaders and a heavenly system. Find an enemy (a good one at the moment is "the matrix"), and elect yourself as the leader. You will crusade in the noble fight against an invisible enemy, and make steady income in the process. People who make "donations" or buy your course will be helping the crusade (and lining your pockets!)2. Make less expensive services, but sell the "supersize"
If you owned a gym, you could do a crazy offer, like $5 a month for your membership but you must lose 5kg in that month, otherwise you get charged $50.
When everyone is sore for their second month, you sell them the gyms NEW fat loss supplement, which costs around $2 a day ($60/month)

Churn is a massive limiting-factor for a lot of businesses, but after 6-12 months go by, circumstances for your customer might change, and you should give them the courtesy of calling and reminding them that you exist and can solve their problems (again)4. Have a leaderboard system
Everyone wants to win, some at any cost5. Sell to people who sell things
Not all online dropshipping stores make money, but Shopify makes money from all online dropshipping stores...6. Team up with another business for a SUPER offer
If you could combine your products with another business' products/services, you could 10x the price of your bundle and split the difference 60-40... Meaning you 6x your revenue (and dramatically increase your profit)7. Refer your customers to your competitors
There's a coffee stand somewhere in the world that has a loyalty card. But you have to go to every other coffee place in town and have them stamp off the loyalty card before you're even allowed to try this particular coffee stand. Show people how much better you are by showing them your competitors8. Make like flex-tape and saw a boat in half
Make memes and outrageous claims, then back it up9. Make 50 bold predictions and capitalise on the correct one(s)
Everyone has their "hot takes", publicise a few of them in a quiet corner of the internet, then explode them when they come true10. Make a newsworthy first-impression
If you're ending up in the news, the first contact someone has with you (as opposed to someone's opinion of you) can make a dramatic difference in their perception of you
