Sunday Morning On NotePD
1. Optionality
@ideasbyswaroop has a good list about happiness but I would take the other side on one point. He says to limit your options. Options can create confusion but limiting options allows you to optimize better. I would take the other side of that. The way I view things, you never know what the future you will want to do. Seeking to maximize optionality is the best chance to pursue whatever it you might want 10 years from now or 20 or whatever. Also, more optionality can be a difference maker if your situation is ever changed for reasons beyond your control like losing your job or forced retirement earlier than you planned.

2. Garbage In/Garbage Out
From @PowerofTruth it's a very good list. I'd add it applies to food too. Carbohydrates and seed oils are garbage and taking in (eating) that garbage increases the odds of diabetes, obesity, heart problems, hypertension, the list of problems is endless, garbage out.
3. Book Ideas for Dummies
by @Krishnaraj I'd add 'how to be an adult' to their list. We collectively need a lot of help on this front
