Taste Before You Serve. (50 sec)

    1. If You Can't Stomach It, Why Feed It to Anyone Else?

You wouldn't serve a dish to someone else without tasting it first, would you? Imagine this: a beautiful plate of food, garnished and dressed to perfection, but you haven’t even bothered to taste it yourself. You know it looks good, but how can you be sure it’s satisfying? You wouldn't serve something unpalatable, something you yourself wouldn’t touch.
What are you serving up in your life that you refuse to swallow? The harsh words you throw at others, the bitterness you project, the judgment you dish out — would you eat that? If it’s too much for you to digest, why serve it to anyone else?
It’s not just about the food —it’s about the thoughts you cook up in your mind. If it leaves a bad taste for you, it’ll leave a bad taste for them.
So before you serve anything — words, judgments, energy — taste it. If you can’t stomach it, neither can they.
