1. Email is for external messages only (ie. people outside the company)
2. Slack/MS Teams is for internal messages only
3. Asana/ClickUp/Monday is for tasks/projects
4. Notion is for documenting company knowledge
5. Check email and Slack no more than 3x per day
6. Ruthlessly shorten or eliminate meetings
7. Every person should have documentation for their Role and Responsibilities
8. Every business should have documented, step-by-step processes
9. Try to automate steps in a process as much as possible
10. Constantly look at processes and ask, 'Is this the best way to do this?'
