Ten Silly State Laws in the US
I'm sure there are at least ten. Per state. At a minimum.
1. Alabama
It’s illegal to wear a fake mustache in church if it causes laughter.
2. Alaska
You can’t wake a sleeping bear to take a photo.
3. Arizona
Donkeys are not allowed to sleep in bathtubs.
4. California
No vehicle without a driver can exceed 60 mph. Not so much a joke these days...
5. Florida
It’s illegal to tie an elephant to a parking meter.
6. Georgia
It’s illegal to eat fried chicken with a fork in Gainesville.
7. Indiana
In the 1890s, a bill nearly passed redefining Pi as 3.2.
8. Kentucky
You must take a bath at least once a year.
9. Maine
It’s illegal to tickle a moose.
10. New Jersey
It’s illegal to wear a bulletproof vest while committing a crime.
