2. Zero food waste, given to charity at the end of the night/day
3. All food waste that isn't given to charity - is used to power the restaurant
5. As much food as possible grown on-site - including roofs
6. Carbon footprint listed on all dishes & distance food has travelled to get to the restaurant
7. Customers are encouraged to bring their take-home tubs to minimise waste
8. Seeds and plants for the main ingredients used at the restaurants i.e. Chilli seeds etc
9. Used cooking oil used to power the delivery vans.
