    Practice mindful breathing: Start by focusing on your breath without trying to control it. Observe each inhale and exhale as they naturally occur.
    Mindful eating: During meals, savor each bite without judgment. Notice the textures, flavors, and sensations without labeling them.
    Reflect on your thoughts: Regularly take a moment to observe your thoughts without attachment. Let them come and go like passing clouds.
    Embrace discomfort: When faced with challenging emotions or situations, allow yourself to feel without resistance. This practice leads to profound insights.
