The Price of Pain. (26 sec)
1. Every act of violence is a self-inflicted wound.
Guilt follows every attack — no exceptions, because the mind knows it has betrayed itself. When you attack, you reinforce the belief in separation, which goes against the core of who you are — Love. The guilt isn't from some external judgment; it’s the inner conflict of choosing fear over truth. It’s impossible to attack without subconsciously recognizing you’ve chosen to hurt yourself. Every attack is a reflection of guilt already present, and the cycle only deepens with each strike.
