1. The heavy chains of "them vs. us" thinking have kept you tethered to suffering.
The bleak belief that attacking others grants you immunity from harm has, in truth, nailed you to the cross of your own misery.
This illusion of separation, the belief that we are isolated entities, fuels the fire of attack thoughts. When we think we can harm others without consequences, we reinforce the very separation that imprisons us.
Here's the truth: any perceived attack on another is ultimately self-inflicted. We are all interconnected, branches on the same divine tree. To harm another is to harm ourselves.
Holding onto these attack thoughts keeps us in a state of spiritual crucifixion. This fear, rooted in the unconscious, stems from a deep-seated belief that separation from God necessitates punishment. We project our own guilt outward, lashing out at others in a desperate attempt to escape our own perceived failings.
But there's a path to freedom. Recognizing the futility and self-destructiveness of these thoughts is a critical first step. In this awareness lies the seed of our spiritual awakening. By letting go of separation, we embrace our inherent oneness with all beings, and ultimately, with God. This shift in perspective unlocks the true meaning of love and forgiveness, leading us off the cross and into the light of a more peaceful existence.
