Things I am responsible for at my current job
Time to update my resume.
1. Daily Scrum Call
Weekdays around noon
2. Responding to any email requests
From clients or coworkers or vendors.
3. Implementing new customer systems
Onboard any new clients.
4. Uploading videos from Sharepoint to video hosting site
Whenever a video resource is created for a customer it has to be uploaded to the video hosting platform and then embed into the system.
5. Zendesk support for all clients
Some of the tickets are more complex than others.
6. Sending out the monthly client emails
Digest emails. Leaver emails. The system emails are endless. Most can be automated. Some cannot.
7. RAG report
Red Amber Green report. Basic all the current and new projects.
8. Client sales demos
Currently I have the most knowledge so I get asked to do client demos often.
9. Wring up Microsoft Azure software development tickets
Support tickets. New development. And change requests.
10. Just added: Monitor the system performance through New Relic
Learning a new tool.
