Things I need to stay in Berlin for 6 more months

I may be accepted to an accelerator here in Berlin, but it means I have to stay in Berlin for 6 months

1. Visa sorted

As an American, I can stay for 3 months out of every 6 months, but I heard there are some weird workarounds like I can leave and then come in via a border that doesn't stamp me, or I can apply for a work visa and they take 3-4 months, so I can stay until the appointment day.

4. Money

I get a stipend with the program, so if accepted it should be enough

5. German lessons

6. A girlfriend

7. A better cell phone plan

8. Figure out if pickles are dill or not

I want to buy a jar, but only if they're dill and I can't figure out what dill is in German
