Things I should eat more of
A lot of us often focus on removing bad things from our diets. Equally important is adding good things to our diets. What good things can I eat more of?
1. Salads
Salads make perfect lunches
2. Veggies in general
The dominant part of each meal should be the vegetables, not the meats
3. Grass-fed unprocessed meats
I have no problem with meats, but they should be good meats
4. Water
Can you "eat" water?
5. Brothy soups
Just make sure it's real broth with no MSG or other baddies
6. Spices
Spices tend to be good for you, and I happen to love spicy foods
7. Legumes
Beans, beans, good for your heart...
8. Fish
Fish oil is good, and what better source than from fish itself?
9. Vinegar, lemon, and lime
I hear they're good for regulating blood sugar. They also help draw out flavor in foods.
10. Fermented foods
Good germs. Also an excuse to drink beer.
