Things to do when you aren't feeling well

    1. Take vitamins (C, D, and zinc)

    2. Drink more water

    3. Take a nap

    4. Cancel meetings and appointments

    5. Go find some soup that you froze

    6. Do the wet sock treatment

    put cold wet (cotton) socks on, then dry wool socks before going to bed

    7. Make some tea

    8. Diffuse some essential oil

    9. Grab the book your reading or find a new one for when you want to 'do something'

    10. Ask for help
