I'm still not doing great, so another easy list.
1. Drs
I have to wait 2 week's until I can be seen. That's insane. Surely noone should be waiting for a doctor. Do we really have a shortage? Could we offer insentives for qualified Doctors in other countries to move here?
Is it because they're clogged up with easily solvable/presentable problems? Would mass advertising campaign highlighting these solutions save more money/time in the long run?
What happens if I feel better before then? Do I still need to go? Wouldn't that be wasting there time?
2. Depression
I always thought it was just a mental problem. Think better and you'll feel better. And that does help a lot, but it's not just mental. There's a physical aspect to it. My body just feels drained a lot like how it feels when you have the flu. I'm resting. Hopefully that helps.3. Work
I've took Sick leave. I still need to call and let them know I'm sick. What do I say 'im still feeling depressed so I'll not be in today?' what if they ask questions. I'd much rather be feeling better and working than in bed feeling like this. I'll sort something out.4. Alcohol
I stopped for a month last year. I'm thinking about taking a break again. I'm not bad with it, but I don't think I need it anymore. I'm able to have fun without it, so what's the point?5. The Rocco Effect
There's so much that I want to do with it, but I just don't have the energy. I hope I'm feeling better soon, so I can get back to working on all my projects.
