Tips to create a great first podcast
1. Invest in Good Equipment

I have no idea what goes into this but it is the same principle as proofreading. When reviewing your own creation you can't help but fail to notice things that are obvious to others.
7. Before publishing, try it out on a test audience.

Use every outlet at your disposal to get the word out about your podcast.

Pretty sure most podcasters didn't do this; but like anything else, it is great to learn from a master.
10. Understand it is your first one and be OK with the fact that its not perfect.

11. Have a world-changing message that makes you laugh, and cry, and ponder, and gasp in amazement, and promote total relaxation.
