I'm still not 100% but I'll take being 55% nice to be back on the positive side again.
1. Nothings changed
Apart from decided I will quit my job, nothings changed. I've not sent my boss a message, but just saying I'll do it has really helped in putting my mind at rest.
I took a nice walk today. I'm still on it. Getting out in nature always helps to calm my mind.
3. Court letter
Nice to hear that things are progressing. The sooner it's over the sooner my mind can focus on more productive things.
I'm listening to music I love when I first went to university. Getting my head back to that state is helping a lot.
5. New material
Going through this sucks, but getting through it gives me new advice to share with others struggling. If this is price to pay to path the way to a happier world I'll pay it.
