Belgian comedy, quite popular in French-speaking Europe. I doubt it would be funny to people who are not French speakers. In fact, I'm not even sure I would still enjoy it now, but I was a big fan as a teenager.

I remember almost nothing about this movie, I just remember really really wanting to watch it as a kid, probably just because it was about planes and I loved the color purple.

French movie that I must have watched many many times as a kid, but it's been a very long time. I recently had a conversation with a Portuguese man who said he loved it, and he gave me a very intellectual take on it, which surprised me since I always thought of it as just some dumb funny movie.

Also another French movie. As a kid, it was on TV at least once a year (I'm from Belgium but we get French TV). There has been an American remake of this one.
