Top 3 Most Inspirational Books You Have Read:
1. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
Small story: the day after "Choose Yourself" came out, I got a call from the publisher, Hay House. They said they would publish any book I wanted to write. I was reading the Power of Now at the time so I said, "How about we just take off the 'w' of the "Power of Now" " - and that's how "The Power of No" got written and published.
2. The Four Agreements
3. The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer
I loved this book so much I flew from NYC to Gainesville, FL to interview Michael Singer for my podcast. The book is about how he basically "surrendered" to the Universe, moved to the middle of nowhere and started meditating. And, over time, not only did he build a whole community around himself but...he accidentally made hundreds of millions of dollars along the way making software for doctors.
4. Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland
This one is a bit more esoteric and I'm not sure what I think about it but I always seem to feel better after reading from it.
5. I AM THAT
Recommended by Wayne Dyer on my podcast. Again, a bit esoteric but it's interesting.
6. Confessions of a Buddhist Atheist by Stephen Batchelor
Batchelor was a Buddhist monk who quit being a monk and decided he was a Buddhist atheist. He then describes Buddhism from the ground up without relying on a specific deity.
