There are dozens of top coasters within a 2 hour drive of Orlando Florida (my home town). Sea World and Busch Gardens (Tampa) are owned by the same parent and you can get one pass that works for both. A-list roller coasters and smaller crowds than Universal and Disney

We were there when our son was 5, not prime coaster age. He wants to plan a trip with his buddies when they graduate high school. Hawaii was their first thought, until they priced it out. Will tell him to think about Orlando.

I grew up near Cedar Point and went there every summer for years. It’s truly the greatest park for roller coasters!
