2. Getting late to bed and not enough sleep
3. A horrible dream probably triggered by sub conscious worry
4. Suffering from over whelm the previous day
5. Bad nutrition from the day before especially when I eat sugary food
6. Fear what's a ahead of me on the day especially if I am unprepared
7. Going to bed on an argument a sure fire way of spoiling the following day
8. Suffering from long term grief which really did seem to suck the life force from me
9. I can hear bad weather outside especially if it's torrential rain and blowing a gale
10. Occasionally it's like the bed has a tractor beam and I feel too comfortable like a big in a rug
11. When I feel unworthy, that I don't make a difference I don't add value to the world
